I’ve always believed in eating healthy which means eating a mininum amount of fruits, lots of fresh veggies and good lean sources of protein. I recently saw this diagram and wanted to share it with my readers.
Fat’s got a bad rap. We’ve heard that curbing our consumption of fatty foods will help you lose weight. We’ve reduced our fat intake, but obesity is still thriving. So what gives?
