Pumpkin Pie Smoothie 3fcINGREDIENTS

1 banana

1/2 cup pumpkin

3/4 cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened

3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (essential)

1 Scoop vanilla protein powder

1.5- 2 handfuls of ice

4-5 drops of Slim & Sassy*  



Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into tall glass
and enjoy!
